Maestro for Let's Dance: An Environment for Modeling Service Interactions
نویسندگان
چکیده
In emerging web service development approaches, the description of interactions both from a global and from a local perspective plays an increasingly important role. In earlier work we presented a visual language (namely Let’s Dance) for modeling service interactions at different levels of abstraction. In this paper we present a modeling tool for Let’s Dance. The tool supports the static analysis of global models, the generation of local models from global ones, and the interactive simulation of both local and global models.

Maestro – A model - based systems engineering environment for complex electronic systems
In this paper we present Maestro, a model-based systems engineering (MBSE) environment for design and simulation of complex electronic systems using Orchestra—a simulation tool developed at Sandia National Laboratories. Maestro is deployed as a plugin for MagicDraw and uses Orchestra domain-specific language (DSL) which is based on SysML. Maestro enables a model-based design and analysis approa...

This paper shows how the Workflow Patterns (http://www.workflowpatterns.com) and Service Interaction Patterns (http://www.serviceinteraction.com) are supported by the Let’s Dance service choreography modeling language (http://www.servicechoreographies.com). In the case where a pattern is supported, a schematic representation is provided. 1 Workflow Patterns Support The workflow patterns were in...

متن کاملWhy Rosetta Can’t Dance: The Combinatorics of Standardizing Inter-organizational Service Processes
Interorganizational processes have been described as an intricately choreographed dance. Standardized workflow serves as a medium for participants to exchange complimentary moves that comprise the ‘dance’. Attempts to develop open process standards, such as Rosetta Net, have had limited success in finding wide-spread adoption. We argue that standardization of interorganizational business proces...
